Community Vendor Reviews
Why Reviews Matter
The DIY HRT community relies on shared experiences to identify trustworthy vendors and avoid scams or dangerous products. Reading recent reviews is the single best way to protect yourself.

What to Look For in a Review
| Positive Signal | Negative Signal |
|---|---|
| Consistent positive reviews over 1+ years | Multiple reports of under-dosed products |
| Blood test results showing expected levels | Reports of no level changes on normal doses |
| Responsive customer service | Unresponsive or hostile seller |
| Clear photos of products | No photos or stolen photos |
| Transparent about manufacturing | Refuses to answer basic questions |
| Offers reshipment for lost packages | No reshipment or refund policy |
How to Write a Useful Review
When you order from a vendor, consider posting a review that includes:
- Product ordered (medication, ester, dose, quantity)
- Price paid (including shipping)
- Shipping time (order date → received date)
- Packaging quality (discreet? well-sealed?)
- Blood test results (if available — most valuable data point)
- Overall rating (would you order again?)
Review Recency
- Check the date of reviews — a vendor who was good in 2023 may not be good in 2026
- Look for reviews within the last 3–6 months
- Recent batch issues are common; a single bad review may be a one-off
